so i've been a noctua fan my whole life. I use them almost exclusively in every build I build. When they finally released the black version of the world famous nh-d15 I jumped at it and ordered one. unfortunately. Product photos were either Photoshopped or pre-production models. There is a VERY oversight in the Noctuas part that completely ruins the look (which you pay more for) of this amazing radiator. on this all black CPU cooler. They printed serial numbers for the fans at the top. The cable for each fan is on the opposite side of the serial number and there is no way to rotate them 90 degrees. So the choice is yours: either look at the glowing white serial number on each fan, which looks horribly out of place, or look at the cable hanging loosely from the top of the fan. I contacted Noctua regarding this and was told "It's really not how it should be and we've changed it for future installments". - which doesn't help me at all. They don't seem to want to share typos. So you have to live with it or give it back. very disappointed. thermals.
