Works great until it doesn't work anymore. My USB port LEDs are blinking and stopped working

This item worked great, it has a long cord and can handle a variety of things. The only problem is that the USB ports stopped working out of the blue. All ports work but none of the 4 USB ports work. It's just a green flashing light. I'm not sure if this product has a warranty. I have contacted the manufacturer through the Amazon website and will let you know if they reply and what they have to say about a replacement. These things should work for a while, but from what I've read the warranty can only be 3 months, which sounds strange for a product meant to last. If they help me I'll let you know and change the rating. Otherwise, you may want to find a product that is open about its warranty and will stand by it. If not, it may be a sign that the product lifespan is short. If I don't get an answer or help, I'll look for another product that will let me know about the warranty before I buy it. much luck

Pros
  • ENERGY SAVING: Each stage has an independent switch that helps save power when other outlets are not in use. Due to different voltages in different areas, this surge protector is designed for 110-240V. When used at 125V, the maximum power is 125V x 13A = 1625W; when under 240V, the maximum power can reach 3000W. Please do not exceed the total capacity. The formula is P=UI. (P=Power, U=Voltage, I=Current)
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
