
Three problems so far and the station is not even configured!1 . When entering your location information on your phone, the input screen will disappear as you type. So I made a typo but couldn't edit it. The system permanently stores this error in my location name unless I completely delete the account and start over (which I ended up doing).2. After spending at least half an hour setting up the system, I couldn't get the keyboard to connect to the base station. Finally, after waiting 12 minutes for help, another hour passed with a technician who finally concluded that the keyboard didn't work right away! She ordered a new one which I will receive in 5 days (this process took 15 minutes).3. When you go into the setup menu, you don't get the $15/month option without a monitoring plan. Instead, you are forced to sign up for the $25/month premium plan to keep the installation process going. I had to call customer service to get the $15 plan I wanted. As a result, I'll be sitting here without a system for at least 5 more days. Given the problems we've encountered so far, I don't inspire confidence that this system will be all that great.
