I subscribed to L'Oréal Paris Makeup Volumious Primer Mascara in white and kept it for a few years and was curious why L'Oreal made a has introduced similar product which in my opinion was already perfect. I was very curious to try this and compare the two. The first noteworthy conclusion: the brushes. This product (Lash Paradise) uses a 200+ bristle brush, but that's not always a good thing. It absorbs too much product and leaves big clumps on the lashes. A voluminous template creates a much more even base for applying mascara. The Lash Paradise product promises fullness and volume, while the original promises to condition and enhance the appearance of your mascara. The only thickness and volume I see in Lash Paradise are clumpy and spidery lashes. Both help prevent my mascara from smudging and maintain its hold and lash length, but for natural looking lashes stick with the original. It has become an essential part of my beauty ritual and you can't go wrong with a classic.
