the most confusing installation instructions.

Instructions for use is very confusing and not detailed enough. The temperature controller is also confusing, why the arrows? looks like you have to rotate the dial. The TCW cable is too short to plug into an outlet, so it may be above the water level. I just installed it and hope it works better than some of the reviews I read.
