DYI "Like " inside! Costs $47 at RV Place! You can do that! For 8€ I am more than satisfied!

Step 0: Check if the fan motor is getting power to make sure the motor is defective. Then add this to your cart and click BUY. Step 1: Phillips #2 Screwdriver - Carefully remove the air vent pad. Unscrew the crank and remove the crank. Loosen the plastic round nut that secures the push button switch to the screen. Carefully remove the screen and see how the cables were hidden during installation. Step 3: Cross #1 Carefully remove the fan blades by pulling the fan down on the thick part closest to the center of the blades. It will be removed. Some have clips but my 2000 PaceArrow RV didn't have them. Then unscrew the 2 small screws holding the motor. Step 4: I touched the wires on the new motor to make sure it worked. It just so happened, so I attached it with two tiny screws. Step 5: Cut the existing wires to the correct length. The old motor is hanging, remove the old wires from the bracket hole and feed the new wires through. Strip white wires, use butt connectors and crimp. I used wire nuts but crimping is better. Then do the same with the black wires. If you get confused, you're basically just doing one wire at a time. Step 6: Move the wires to the side and secure with a zip tie if needed. Reinstall the fan blade. If the friction isn't enough to hold the blade, place a piece of potato chip bag over the hole to make room and apply pressure. Step 7: Move the wires aside, press the button and check. Now you are happy! Hide the wires and reassemble. A NOTICE. Do not overtighten the trim screws or you will break the plastic.
