I've had this product for a few days now and have tried it a few times. It's hit or miss, however. Setup is pretty easy. It had to be charged out of the box, which was a bit disappointing. But what made me write a review was the fact of the printing. I tried to print this photo of my kids and what came out was an extremely enlarged photo that didn't even have the actual items printed on it. I had to do it a second time and choose a different image for fear of wasting my photo paper. Which is annoying because this thing doesn't use regular paper π . I may update this review if support gets in touch or if I find out. Otherwise just heads. Select an image that has an object dead center and is already in the orientation you want to print, portrait select a portrait image. Landscape, select a landscape image. Edit: I'm officially past the return period and want to return it as this thing is portable but requires a "jump" with each use as it won't turn on unless it's plugged into a power source. Source! This is very frustrating because I imagined it could be kept in a pencil case to use for journaling wherever I am in the house, but I can't unless. Def 1st World Problem BUT also defeats the purpose of the product. Also, photos are blurry and dark (imagine a dark filter) and Kodak support via Revain is unresponsive. Kodak, by reading this, improve your customer service!
