Review on Café Specialty 10-Cup Insulated Thermal Carafe Coffee Maker: WiFi Enabled Voice-to-Brew Smart Home Kitchen Essential – SCA Certified, Barista-Quality Brew in Matte Black by Chantelle Mills

A few years ago I bought a Behmor WiFi coffee maker which had a very good reputation at the time. I really liked this coffee maker because it controlled the coffee temperature very well for a perfect brew. I could also program it to either start with an app on my phone, or I could choose a time to brew the coffee so it's ready when I get out of bed in the morning. Unfortunately the car died a few months ago and the company seems to have gone bankrupt. Since then I've been looking for a comparable car. This new filter coffee machine from Cafe Specialty is very similar to the Behmor in terms of functionality, but this machine is much more attractive. It also has more coffee machine controls. With Behmor, if I wanted to tweak any settings, I had to use the app. I am very satisfied with this device after using it for several days. Every pot I've cooked so far has turned out perfect. I also like the fact that I have more control over the coffee strength than Behmor. My favorite feature is the same across both machines, which is the ability to set a schedule so my coffee will be ready and waiting for me when I get up in the morning. I understand, of course, that the tastiest coffee is brewed from freshly ground beans. By setting everything up the night before and leaving the ground coffee in the filter basket for a few hours, I lose some of that freshness. But the results are still not bad, and it saves me a lot of time in the mornings when I'm usually very busy. Haven't tried the Alexa integration yet as I prefer to use the app to schedule my coffee. Even if you don't care about the WiFi capabilities, this is a very good coffee maker thanks to its perfect temperature control, which is why it's SCA certified. I highly recommend this model if you can afford it.
