I have bought many posture corrector underwear and other types of posture correctors, and some of them are so uncomfortable that I cannot wear them for a long time. When I ordered a larger size it didn't work. I work at a desk all day and my neck and shoulders hurt after sitting at the computer and I tend to slouch even when trying to remember it and I know the posture is very important. I'm well into my 50s and wear a 38DD. I usually wear blouses, t-shirts etc. in medium or large sizes, so I ordered the XX-Large, wanted to be on the safe side and it fits perfectly, there are no pressure points, the straps don't cut into my skin. . I really love it! I could probably order the X-Large to get a little more support. It has a front closure and can be adjusted. I will order another one as a replacement.
