I had no trouble taking the bottle through multiple security checkpoints on a trip from the US to Ecuador (16 hr travel time) then Peru and back to the US (23 hr travel time). It kept my medication cold the entire time. I especially liked the compact size and weight (carried in my backpack). It reminded me of a vacuum sealed double-wall water bottle (think Hydro Flask or Yeti) with a freezer pack insert. I ordered a replacement freezer pack bottle on my return. It took a couple of e-mails back/forth with Disoncare before they determined that they sent me the replacement pack for the larger bottle, in error. In about a week, I received the correct size. They were very responsive and I very much appreciated their customer service.
