If I could leave a star, I would. That "memory foam" that looks like a bathmat is just awful. To be honest I don't know which is worse, the quality/look/feel of said bathmat or the customer service from the seller. I have emailed and also sent messages through Revain but have received absolutely no response or help with any issues that have arisen. Which is pretty easy. I will send them this Chinese rug for $2 and they can give me a full refund. However, if you're looking to buy this, stay away as it doesn't even cost $5. I bought on a whim mainly because of the memory foam and the size was longer than most bath rugs like this one. Big mistake. It's basically non-wicking, thin, very thin (not what the photos show) and was received with a few unseams (open seams) leading me to believe it will no doubt fall apart after a wash . Also let me add that the color I ordered was black and I received a faded black gray. waste of time and money.
