Very soft but polyester (as indicated on the care label).
Incredibly soft. But the one I received is not cotton. This is polyester. It also doesn't have that cute crumpled look. The fabric is super smooth. I love cute washing instructions. Did I mention how soft it is? I don't like that it's advertised as cotton and the pictures show it's crumpled. Not quite what I expected but I like it.
