I am not happy with the bag.

I received this bag for the first time last month I tried to contact the seller about the color of the handle connector but got no reply. The bag was delivered, and if there was gold, the handle connects to the bag. Well it's already faded and the handle is broken, I don't keep much in my bag because I didn't really think it was too strong when I first got it. See image.
