The build quality of this bell appears to be good and it produces a loud, clear ring. configured for use on the right handlebar). Not a problem for everyone but I'm more comfortable with my right hand so I'm sending it back. The red color is also not the same as in the picture; in the photo it looks like a bright shimmery/red metallic. The bell I received was fairly flat, deep red in color (no flickering). For those looking to customize the color of their bike, just be warned.
