Estimated time of arrival: 5/31/21 Customer service DETECTED me and I received a refund for both lamps. I will say that their product was the lightest we have tried from several companies (including our current one). Might try to buy again now that I know the after sale guarantee. Raised from 2 to 3 stars, works great since purchase 9/2020. I gave it to my child as a reading lamp as it is now a book. Even the darkest setting is still a bit too bright, like a "night light" type feature, but it's nice and bright to read. Suddenly just today it stopped working even though it was fully charged. Not sure why, but not great for less than a year of use.
