This was a Christmas present for my grandson, an avid reader. He likes to read secretly when the lights are out. He really likes this light and the brightness control. A charge lasts extremely long, since he only had to charge the battery last weekend. I'm so glad I found this for him and will be ordering one for me too.

I really like this little book lamp. I've wanted this for years so I can read in bed without disturbing my husband and I was drawn to this book because of the red color and price. It is very light and the minimum brightness is good even for reading. The highest setting is the best. Haven't used it long enough to appreciate the battery life. Charged immediately upon receipt. Might get my husband another one!

My husband is an avid reader and the light in the bedroom is not that good, which can tire his eyes and make reading less comfortable. He loves to read before bed and said the light is a game changer. I tried and I understand why.
