The team at BDS is very knowledgeable of current technologies/business needs. They have excellent communication skills which allows for open lines of dialogue to drive your project forward. I would say that they do not go above & beyond their job responsibilities by much but if you are looking for great customer service then this will be no problem! We use them as our data consultant with regards to business requirements analysis. I like that they can help with all of my business needs whether it be accounting or payroll. They are very knowledgeable about their products as well as being able to customize them for your specific need. Their customer service is lacking at times but you have to understand that this industry has many different companies out there so sometimes things will get lost in translation. There's nothing really bad about BDS because everything works fine and dandy when setting up an account.
