The weather has been really cold this week so it's time to try them out. I ordered 40 of these for the whole family and with 10-14 degrees during the day and 5 degrees at night we were happy when they arrived. BUT. Half of them hardly work. Each subject used 4 heating pads for the back, abdomen, and thighs, and the initial warm-up took 15-20 minutes. Then more than half hardly warmed up to warm up. It wasn't hot, it wasn't hot, it was warm. I thought mine was defective so I opened another package but same thing. My family also had this experience. I will return them if they let me. I don't know what their return policy is or their customer satisfaction guarantee program but it's a waste of money.
