I originally bought this 3 in 1 cell phone car holder but didn't have a good experience with it and only gave a 2 star review. The next day I received a message from Linda from Torras Customer Service saying she was concerned about my disappointment with her product and wanted to fix the problem. They gave me several options for other devices they had that better suited my car mount needs to replace the original order. The one in the photo is what I took with me and couldn't be happier with it. Once I decided on this model, it was sent to me within 4 days. It has a "clip" or "hook" that adjusts at the back that snaps onto the back of the vent and holds it in place (brilliant idea), and two legs that detach from the undersides to to form a solid secure mount. You can hang a full water bottle on this thing and it won't budge! I like that it also has some space between the vent and the back of the mount so air can still flow through without getting blocked like other types of clips. Linda was so accommodating and really concerned that the customer wasn't 100% satisfied and did everything she could to make things right. I wish all companies had customer service like this. If you are looking for a strong and secure phone mount for your car, I highly recommend trying Torras products. The fact that their customer service is so top notch you really can't go wrong and if you are unhappy with that they will go out of their way to make things right!
