I tried RELACORE because I haven't noticed any conflicts with my prescription medications. As a pharmacist, I am more familiar with traditional "Western" medicines than herbs, natural supplements and homeopathic treatments. But I am very open to so-called alternative therapies. RELACORE sounds too good to be true. But it works for me! I mean, it doesn't make me feel less stressed, but it has to work as advertised: it lowers cortisol levels (which our bodies produce when we're stressed), which can lead to excess belly fat. I don't like the idea of taking 3 at a time per day because there is no timed release feature. So I personally take 2 in the morning and 2 at noon. Good luck with this as part of a healthier diet and more calorie burn!
