I like that this software has been able to help us with our data analysis needs for several years now. It's easy enough for anyone in my department to use as well as others who are not familiar with it (new hires). There have also been changes made which we hope will make things easier going forward. For example, there used be an "add" button at multiple levels under each project folder when viewing all projects. Now you can only add one level at a time. This makes sense but means that if you want to change something later such as adding more levels later, it can be difficult to do so without some additional code being added to bring back the old functionality. Also, sometimes certain fields need to be updated manually instead of automatically updating them once they've changed in the UI. We're using this mainly for analyzing images from CCTV cameras. The benefits include getting rid of manual entry errors by having a single source.
