I had to send the first one back because an unattached screw on the handle release mechanism was unattached to the release lever. I tried for an hour to see if I could reach the screw head to screw it in, but you have to disassemble the handle retaining mechanism to get to the head of that screw and I did not have the specific star screwdriver to disassemble the it. revain accepted the return for free and I ordered the same wagon again. The "new" wagon came in complete assembled form and works as advertised. I'll take it out to the beach this week and test it's beach worthiness.
