The glass is too thin, excellent customer service
After 2 weeks the glass cracked completely during washing. Replaced with double insulated French Press. UPDATED REVIEW Seller contacted me and immediately replaced it for free. Used for loose tea now, I already have a double insulated coffee press. It's still very thin glass and needs to be preheated with hot tap water before adding boiling water. Your customer service was great which is why I added stars.
