Had this for a day at Tundra 2018. Reception isn't quite as good as the factory antenna but it helps. I live in a rather densely populated suburb and have no complaints about reception. I recommend. Update 07/10/18: Driven a truck through a machine car wash today. The antenna has become detached from the base. Although it's my fault for not taking it off first, I was expecting it to be a little stronger. Especially for an antenna less than 7 inches in height. The truck's antenna mast was not damaged. See attached photos. Overall this is still a good product. Be careful and remove it before washing your car.
