I bought this lighter on 04/14/2020. It worked fine for about a year then butane started flowing from the bottom. I sent my lighter in for repair as it has a lifetime warranty. Their website states it takes 4-6 weeks to make. It's been 6 weeks and I haven't heard anything. I've tried calling support but no one answers the phone. He tells me I'm the first caller on the line and then goes straight to someone's voicemail. This seems to be the norm for this company as I have read similar complaints from other people who have bought their lighters. I bought a lighter first based on their great review and lifetime guarantee. I have now changed my mind about buying another lighter from them because their customer service sucks.
