I bought this to hook up the MOCA network in my new house. I needed access to the cable junction box because the last cable man had put a terminator lock on it. I thought if I had a tool it would come loose easily but it wasn't. I inserted the tool and heard it click into place, but when I tried to rotate it, the tool's metal rod came loose from the adhesive. in the plastic handle. Now the shaft just rotates freely in the handle and is practically useless. I tried adding a pair of channel locks to the handle but then the teeth started popping out of the holes in the lock and couldn't hook it. This is by no means a quality tool, I recommend trying another brand's product as they cannot handle the torque required to remove the terminal latch on the cable box. I had a broken instrument, sore hands and no better than when I started. I am shocked that this is a Jonard tool, they used to be good and I paid extra to get this exact brand so I had no problems.
