Works well but the loop falls off too easily.

Not sure what the one star reviews are. This tool is great for removing and tightening the terminator. I have a feeling these people bought the wrong instrument. There is more than one type of Terminator. It may also be helpful to include CATV in the description. Anyhow, my only complaint is that the loop detaches from the clamp too easily. Broke on first try

I bought this to hook up the MOCA network in my new house. I needed access to the cable junction box because the last cable man had put a terminator lock on it. I thought if I had a tool it would come loose easily but it wasn't. I inserted the tool and heard it click into place, but when I tried to rotate it, the tool's metal rod came loose from the adhesive. in the plastic handle. Now the shaft just rotates freely in the handle and is practically useless. I tried adding a pair of channel locks
