When the package arrived the instructions said to call the supplier if there was a problem, which I did. Explained that they sent the wrong cover. I have a center armrest cover that was made for a flip up center armrest and my truck's center armrest is a one piece. I asked him to send the correct cover. He said to send everything back to get the right set. I told him I already had 2 seat and headrest covers installed and I didn't want to remove what I had already installed. Installing the seat covers took several hours. The seat belts need to be removed and reinstalled, which I did. I asked him to only replace what was wrong and I would be happy to send him back the wrong parts. There was no way he said I had to send the whole set back. I was about to go on a trip and couldn't wait to do the exchange. So now I have an old center armrest that doesn't match the seat covers. All I needed was a small right armrest. He said they only make kits and cannot replace the wrong part. I have answered all questions about the order correctly. I can live with it, but I don't like it.
