I was really looking forward to my keyboard case

I was very disappointed because the product only lasted 2 weeks, the charging plug stopped working where it couldn't hold a charge. I had to send it back. I really liked this cute quirky keyboard case. I contacted customer service, they refunded me, it would be nice if they could send a replacement but they didn't.
