Small toothbrush head, soft bristles. I like that there is a timer/auto shut off. As my 2 year old gets older and brushes better I can teach him when to move on to the next area of his teeth to brush because he buzzes every 30 seconds. Despite this, he likes to bite and chew. Because of this, the head of the toothbrush comes off easily and often. It's annoying. I want it to be screwed instead of twisted. It would be nice if the replacement came in a separate smaller case or toothbrush case for travel and storage. Luckily I saved the original packaging and can still snap it in there.
