This is an absolutely beautiful piece of art. I haven't found any of the issues that others have noticed such as excessive glue, poor construction, or breakdown. This is great work. It is wonderfully flavored and we are both proud to have and use it in our home. *someone* used a blunt crescent moon pizza cutter on it and left serious marks. I didn't like that as they don't heal well and hide like a sharp knife. We now have a reliable set of indicators of which side is working and which side is "showing cheese and crackers tonight".
