I received my first mail box and the handle only had one threaded side. I couldn't install the handle like this, so I returned it and received another one. The second mail box's handle was not threaded in all the way, so I had to use a couple of the included washers (the washers for mounting it on the wall) to find a creative solution to my issue. After I installed the handle, I noticed the door was hanging open where is is usually flush with the top of the mail box. The magnet included in the upper left hand corner came off. I'll have to make another trip to the hardware store for some epoxy to put it back in its place. Without this magnet, the door doesn't close properly. I would stay away from this mailbox because of all of the headaches that came with it.
