For that price I'll give 5 stars before it's on my new engine. What, as they say. I'm the guy whose oil pickup broke off the oil pump where I welded it on to keep the pickup from vibrating. Instead, I created a stress point that caused the vibrations to simply crack the hose right next to the pump. I'm building a new engine and I'm looking to get more than a season or should I say a lot more than a few hundred hours out of my engine. When I blow up a new engine (I hope not, although I use it for that) it's not caused by an oil problem. I would also like to mention that I completely disassembled this pump on a workbench to make sure there was no dirt in it and I didn't find it. Items like this pump and some carburetors require extra effort to inspect before use. Sometimes things pass quality control.
