This is a great pitcher for cold drinks. I've made real sun tea with this, but I prefer boiling water and brew it that way. I bought 1 gallon Lipton tea bags and they are perfect for filtering along with fresh mint. The jug is very easy to disassemble and clean. At first I wanted a glass pitcher but when I dropped it on the floor the other day I was so glad it wasn't! Very happy with this purchase.
