My 6 year old daughter has wide feet and couldn't even get her foot into the cheap water slippers you can find in stores. So based on the reviews I got these and they fit great! She's pretty picky about shoes so we had to remove the insoles because they were rubbing on the back of her heel. And sometimes she complained that the shoe rubbed against her ankle. But they were definitely wide enough, I love velcro and the thick bottom is great!
