The screen flipped over and hit the overhanging part of the dashboard. That's why I'm writing a review about the service. The manual is small so I emailed the company and they answered my questions. Due to the delay, responses may take half a day, but sometimes they arrived during US business hours. They provided links to photos and videos to help with the wiring. The device was exactly what I wanted. I've invested in a convertible so I didn't want anything super fancy, but I did want fancy features. Folding and hiding the screen is perfect for me. I'll see if I can make some design changes to my car so I can repurchase and install the stereo. The return was easy. Again, the support was friendly and helpful.
