Convenient alternative.
After wearing the silicone strap that came with my watch and wearing it continuously for the past two years, my wrist needed a break. One of my friends suggested I try them, not only are they cheap but also very comfortable. They dry quickly if you forget to take off your watch before showering or swimming. I have very small wrists and the band still fits well. The only thing I don't like is that I have to loosen the band during exercise otherwise my heart rate readings will be inaccurate (I've had no problems with the silicone band).
