Used to fill a floating gap in the floor
I have vinyl tile in my bathroom with a soft texture and smooth finish. Over time, the tile has shifted, forming an obscene gap. The suction cup tool was able to stick to the tile so I could close the gap. I was impressed with the suction handle. would recommend.
