I like that it's easy to use! You can set up different lists of people depending upon how they interact or respond in each communication - this allows me to send them more personalized messages as needed without having too many emails going out at once (which would be overwhelming). It also has some great features such as being able to add images/videos into my message which helps keep things interesting if there are not enough words available within one sentence alone. Sometimes when replying back from someone who hasn't read through all previous communications before responding, sometimes their response will come across very similar so maybe have something unique added to help differentiate yourself? This isn’t always possible but could work well here by adding additional information about what makes us special compared to other providers we've worked alongside over time.
