Cliff Notes: Back or Shoulder Issues = BR48 + Foam Balls Chest, Arm or Foot Issues = Body Track I bought it when it was included on Kickstarter and worth every penny. The BR48 is best used on the back (no shirt) with FOAM balls. You need to start with the softest styrofoam balls. I tried lacrosse balls first and it was too heavy. You should be able to relax into the "pain" of pulling knots to heal muscle tension etc. If you can't even hold the position because the ball is too hard/painful, you're of no use. from this device. If you want to use it on your chest, arms or legs, get the Body Track. This one is better for those areas. I'd rather lie on my bolster than the neck brace, but I didn't use the neck brace enough to give it a fair review. The BR48 has given me full freedom of movement in my shoulders again and I am infinitely grateful. It's better than chiropractor and massage therapist for my specific concerns. I know it seems expensive for the plastic and balls, but you can probably still use them in 10 years - even in everyday use. The makers have spent so much time getting the BR48 right; They really care that the products work. As the title suggests, watch the tutorial videos on YouTube after purchase. Do all the exercises and you will find the ones that best suit your needs.
