Description of πŸ”₯ Ultimate Deep Recovery Body Tracks (16 Inches) for Trigger Point, Deep Tissue Massage, and Sports Therapy - Enhance Performance with Optional Ball Attachments!

PHYSICAL THERAPIST RECOMMENDED: Used and recommended by physical therapists specializing in sports performance. Releases muscle knots to increase flexibility and reduce or eliminate pain. A long 16 inch track means you can massage your entire back without having to readjust. EFFECTIVE & SAFE: 10x more effective than rollers at releasing tight muscles - get relief when you need it, not when your therapist has an opening.Positions balls securely and is much safer than using a sock or nothing at all to hold balls. USE YOUR OWN: Works with your own lacrosse, hockey, tennis or baseballs. Even better, look for our massage ball sets, specifically designed for the track. Keep the ball in line!

Very effective at hitting points without letting the ball roll in random directions. The caterpillar can hold it well even though it is thin. Minimalist design. It's a bit of a learning curve, but the massage ball combined with the treadmill is very effective and very beneficial for your shoulders, neck, back, buttocks and calves, and even your forearms. I recommend it to anyone who needs to open some knots and/or go deeper into the muscle.

Pros
  • EFFICIENT AND SAFE: 10X more effective at relaxing tight muscles than using rollers - get relief when you need it, not when your therapist can. Places balls securely and much safer than using a sock or nothing at all to hold balls.
Cons
  • No Power

Missing instructions complicate the task.

.and using it is not that easy. IF you are very young and your health problems do not prevent you from coming to earth, this can be normal. But I'm older and have used tennis balls (as has my massage therapist) for years to relieve trigger points. I thought it looked promising but so far have not been able to use it as it could have been designed. I even watched videos online. So maybe I am, but I think there are MANY ME who are handicapped enough to make this somewhat useless (and expensive).

Pros
  • RECOMMENDED BY PHYSICAL THERAPISTS: Used and recommended by sports physiotherapists. Loosens muscle knots to increase flexibility and reduce or eliminate pain.
Cons
  • Incredible piggy bank

Cliff Notes: Back or Shoulder Issues = BR48 + Foam Balls Chest, Arm or Foot Issues = Body Track I bought it when it was included on Kickstarter and worth every penny. The BR48 is best used on the back (no shirt) with FOAM balls. You need to start with the softest styrofoam balls. I tried lacrosse balls first and it was too heavy. You should be able to relax into the "pain" of pulling knots to heal muscle tension etc. If you can't even hold the position because the ball is too hard/painful…

Pros
  • . USE YOUR OWN: Works with your own lacrosse, hockey, tennis or baseball balls. Also check out our massage ball sets designed specifically for the track
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
