Keep the ball in line!

Very effective at hitting points without letting the ball roll in random directions. The caterpillar can hold it well even though it is thin. Minimalist design. It's a bit of a learning curve, but the massage ball combined with the treadmill is very effective and very beneficial for your shoulders, neck, back, buttocks and calves, and even your forearms. I recommend it to anyone who needs to open some knots and/or go deeper into the muscle.

Pros
  • EFFICIENT AND SAFE: 10X more effective at relaxing tight muscles than using rollers - get relief when you need it, not when your therapist can. Places balls securely and much safer than using a sock or nothing at all to hold balls.
