A terrible purchase, I sympathize with everyone who bought it.

The retailer approved of the union. As soon as possible, I took the faulty component to the maker. The OTK concurred that the cant there as well. However, the Metta firm delayed releasing a replacement component. Pulling the decor.
It might seem easier to just replace the broken part with a functional one. Then decide for yourself what and how to do within your firm. But no.
I've been using a stool without a back for the past two weeks to sit on.
If I were more sentimental, I would say that the company's management is a group of people I do not want to do business with going forward. It is best to avoid contacting this office because doing so would be a time and money waste.

Pros

The fifth point is unconcerned. The armrest is quite cozy.

Cons

Damaged copy. Curve, like boots, but made it through quality assurance. Bulky (not big, but rather bulky). Unsuitable for an apartment. The multiblock mechanism has already started to click after 2 weeks of use as a stool without a back that was provided under warranty (I weigh 65 kg!). With my height, I sit at the lowest position on the gas lift, so I can't say anything terrible about it.
