The iPad I received started flashing a purple screen frequently (5-10 times a day) upon restart, rendering it almost unusable. The Apple Store said it was because of the fake screen. Customer service was unhelpful and told me they couldn't replace the product. Then when I asked about a fake product, they stopped responding at all. Replacing the screen costs me about $150. What a waste; I could buy something new directly from Apple for the amount of money I would spend fixing a defective product they sold me.
