I could cut the rhinestone ribbon and it wouldn't unwind. Crafted decorated glass vases. I had to use white paper with a heavy coat of Elmer's School glue to stick it down and then clear tape to hold it until dry. After drying on glass, it works perfectly. Just couldn't get wet outside before parrying and adding color. Fun cheap to decorate for a party. Works as a rail for table two, you can use double sided tape to secure it in place. Gorgeous cake. Fun for kids, can cut and make beautiful dresses, flowers and anything they want.
