I was looking for two sets of microfiber quilts for my twin bedroom. It can be difficult to check the shade online but the beige and white was perfect. The color is really softer (NOT yellow-white) true white. I'm not sure why they list it as 'beige/white'? The quilting is sewn, not heat pressed, and the fabric is soft. This set is lightweight with a thin cover. I wanted these lightweight throws to protect my vintage quilts from fading in the sun that is pouring into this space. I have a medium mattress, no pillow, and this bedspread has enough sides to tuck in. The price is good and it was helpful considering I had to cover two beds. If you live in a colder climate these bedspreads make a great spring and summer top - you can also use them over heavier quilts or blankets during the winter months. The washing instructions are: cold water, gentle cycle, line dry.
