Review on Tuoro Car Side Window Sun Shade - Protect Kids and Pets from Glare and Heat - Universal Fit - 2 Pack by Alex Jones

This is my second time buying these sunglasses (first time buying this brand). I have a 2017 Outback and they fit perfectly. I like that I can roll down the window and the back of my car stays in the shade. They keep my car a lot cooler in the summer and protect little sleepers in the back from the harsh sun. My sister bought these for camping to keep bugs out of her SUV when she sleeps with the windows down in the back. My only complaint is that they wear out over time (so I'll have to buy a second set), but that's not surprising given the number of rides they've been through. I've also put them in the washing machine a few times. This brand came with two velcro straps on the bottom. Anyone know what they are for?
