Pretty easy to install considering you only get one chance to do it and it's relentless. I never got it perfectly aligned, but it was good enough every time. It worked. I would hit the tracker and the protective film would break, not the tracker. Typically the gap would only be at the edge. The first few times this happened I was able to wear it for a couple of weeks before changing it for a new one. After the final swipe, my finger caught on the cracked edge the same day, resulting in a splinter of plastic that had to be removed with tweezers. For this reason I switched to those who wind.
