Simple and easy to use for people with chronic blepharitis. I use this for five minutes daily to prevent clogging of the sebum gland in the eyelash follicle. It also helped reduce dark circles. I have these and some brother eye masks. As with all eye warming masks, you cannot use the microwave for more than 30 seconds, otherwise the mask may crack. Brother fits better in my eye sockets but this one doesn't. But I like a soft mask that you can wash. When I use this with a soft protective mask, it quickly loses its warming properties, but it's just a matter of removing the mask from the extra outer layer.
