My kids love it. I think that's because they're purple, not because they're edible. I like that the child can hold it herself and that she likes it. For some reason his older sister also loves him and always asks. So I'm glad I can get it in bulk and avoid the risk of constant exhaustion. The only problem I have is that I have to transport it in some kind of suitcase and that's not an idea but since I'd rather do that than suffocate the baby this works fine for me (he's fragile) .
